Refund Policy

Dear customers, there are no cancellations, returns, or refunds available at our store. If your item was damaged in transportation, you are eligible for a refund excluding the shipping cost or an exchange(within 2 days of delivery). To be eligible for a refund/ exchange, you must make a CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO from start that shows the damage, please note little bubble issues in resin products that are barely seen is not something eligible for return or exchange as resin products are handmade thus little imperfections are not to be seen as flaws but as a result of artistic impression on them.
In case of some damage/broken issues we will arrange the return pickup (we should be informed within 2 days of delivery)
We reserve the right to refuse any kind of refund or exchange where the product may not be as described by the customer/ the product was changed by the customer.
We work really hard at D.Variety to ensure that our store policies are fair, clear, justified and transparent.

No cancellations are permitted once the order is confirmed. Before placing an order, it is advised to carefully review all photographs, as well as the description and dimensions. You can dm us anytime if any information about the product is unclear or if you need any futher pictures or videos.
